Abstract
Recently, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have increased significantly in higher education. For this, the number of platforms for the design, development and implementation of these also have augmented as well as the interest of researchers, educators and psychologists. In this line, this article analyses and discusses the dropout and success rate of two MOOCs that was conducted through the Moodle at the University of León. These courses was intended to promote employment and psychological skills participants, with a view to providing online training, open and free that allow mitigate as far as possible, the current situation of rising unemployment, everything, in line with the progress of the new counselling, Positive Psychology predominant actually. Even though it is true that 1170 persons decided to register, only 622 began it. To respond to the raised issues and to verify or refute the initial hypotheses, the data recorded in the content management system of both courses were examined and analysed and the results and conclusions are discussed in this article. During the performance of this study, J.
