Resumen

APPLICATION OF THE FOODBALL FORMAT IN NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION. STUDY AND APPLICATION OF A CASE AS A GAME ELEMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL SCOPE AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE The use of languages and codes related to entertainment and games, through digital applications and media, is a resource that allows children to be involved in the internalization of contents that are particularly complex to acquire at an early age. For this purpose the FOODBALL method was applied in educational contexts as a motivating element of their learning, on the other hand, it was intended to establish the possible relationship between the organizational culture of the centers and the use of these new resources. The research was carried out in schools in Rome and Ostia (Italy) through focus groups with teachers, educational workshops with students and the inventory of educational organizational culture (Marcone and Martín del Buey, 2003). The results indicate that these methods are very motivating and reinforcing tools of learning, however the relationship with culture requires deeper cross-sectional studies. Keywords: Edutainment.
