Resumen

This work shows an original case study about a success story in creating value through Corporate Social Responsibility. Specifically, this paper deals with the work performed by Santander through Santander Universities. This case study addresses an important goal as is to investigate the processes of creating shared value for the company and for society. It uses an original methodology in this field of study and first-hand information obtained directly from managers of the company. The present work shows a successful business practice that sheds light on the way of shared value creation processes for Corporate Social Responsibility and guide decisions enabling both firm policy and public policy of Corporate Social Responsibility.
