Resum

The Pareto’s optimun has been regarded as the great sacred cow in the literature about economical welfare. One of the more crucial aspects about this criterion is its pretended neutral appraisal. A close analysis would reveal the value judgements implicitely present both in the positive and normative fields of economics.
