The aim of this investigation was to study people tendency to express an opinion without information or with clearly insufficient information even when negative consequences could be provoked for the prejudged person. The sampling was incidental, covering a great age range (between 17 and 87 years old) of men and women from Asturias Principality. As evaluation means a trick technique has been used, 20 photographs of university students and three question papers of Thurstone´s binary comparisons. As possible determining prejudges have been taken into account the variables of social kind: physical attractiveness, tidy appearance and social rules adaptation related with external appearance. The results show that persons are capable of deliver judges with clearly insufficient information and that, moreover, these judges are function of variables of social kind as physical attractiveness, tidy appearance or adjustment at the social rule.
