Resum

The non atherosclerotic arterial disease is uncommon and usually occurs in young patients that often refer disabling claudication with strenuous exercise, bland vascular scan and in which etiology is ruled out neurological or trauma. A case of a man of 39 years, amateur cyclist who comes to your primary care physician with disabling claudication present intense exercise in the right lower limb of two months. After ruling out neurological disease or trauma is referred to our Vascular Surgery in which the reference image after study confirms a endofibrosis external iliac artery of the patient being treated with optimal outcome.
