Resumen

Universities and professors have been characterized by developed activities that improved teaching, as tutorial programs, innovation projects, online platforms, etc. To regulate the development of the new practice, it has been included an internal quality assurance system (SGIC), which should monitor accountability between University and Society. In this paper we analysis of the good practices identified that improved the quality of teaching. We propose a classification that takes into account the four dimensions considered most suitable: innovation, improvement, satisfaction and social impact.
