Resumen

In this paper we show evidences about the impact of implementing Flipped Classroom Methodology in higher education Degrees related to variables like students’ motivation and their academic performance. The experience was deployed in Degrees of Administration and Business Management and Childhood Education. A comparative study has been carried out as part of an experimental research design that allows to verify that the effects of the independent variable (FC methodology) on the dependent ones (traditional methodology) give unambiguous results in the variables under analysis. The results show increasing levels in students’ learning motivation in both grades, and also a general improvement at academic performance despite in this case this has not been statistically significant. This allows us to conclude that the application of this methodology is highly effective in higher education environments.
