Abstract

Over the base of the broad spatial framework attached to the territories of old Castile and the Kingdom of Leon and over the structural factors that defi ne and identify it, it�s raise the problematic of the rural world and peasant society during the Early Modern Period from the knowledges gave until now by the rural bibliographers. Related to this problem, and from different points of view, lots of questions arise involving the peasant society development, specially in the productive and agricultural systems, social structure and production facts in the lordship system, without forgetting the political conditioners which justifying the strengthening or weakness of the rural community.
