Abstract
Differences among electrocardiograms in myocardial infarctions at various locations have been &served. When studying these electrocardiograhs, alterations of rhythms and cardiac conduction, tachycardia\around 200-210 beatslmin twelve hours after occlusion are shown. Voltages of waves were high. The importan$$$ts were S-T segment alterations, pathologica T waves and profund Q waves. In group 1, premature ventricular extrasyxtole and VPC complex occurred as well as intra-infarction and peri-infarction block. These arrhythmias continued up to 24 hours and even 48 hours following the infarction. ln group 2 it was observed during the first hours arrytmias like those of group 1 but more slight, and these dissappeared after 24 hours following the infarction. In group 3 atnal fibrillations were observed during the first hours. Almost no cases of ventricular extrasyxtole were found.
