Abstract

This contribution will address territorial conflicts and their main characteristics from an internal perspective, marked by the separatist challenges and the coming into play of state coercion provided for in Article 155 EC. This analysis is undertaken under an international prism, linked to the application of the European order of arrest and surrender and the problems raised in this regard around its implementation in our country on the occasion of the rebellion of pro-independence politicians. Under this substratum, reflection will be made on the necessary reinforcement of harmonization, coordination and cooperation among the member states as an essential adalid for the resolution of this typology of conflicts.
