Zusammenfassung

This experience starts from the interest in incorporating a new interdisciplinary teaching methodology which connects the students’ theoretical and practical process with the social reality in which they are to intervene as professionals. It begins with the diagnostic analysis of the present situation. It found that the designed tools, in the format of guides or resource files, in the setting of social services supporting the role of information and guidance carried out by social workers (those graduated from a school of Social Work) reveal significant limitations: they are designed to facilitate the access to institutions while they intend to respond to specific sectors. The complexity of human needs makes it necessary to develop systems capable of present, simultaneously and trying to meet the same request, the existing offers from any sector or wellbeing system.
