Abstract

The ongoing investigation analyzes the nucleus of the relationship between the society and the nature, from three central slopes: history, ontology-epistemology, and ethics-environmental philosophy. This adventure is supported by the philosophical contributions undertaken by Doctor Enrique Leff in the environmental area. The ecological crisis represents the most eloquent example of the human being´s mistakes, in the XX-XXI centuries, in the following fields: logical (rationality), ontological (limits and possibilities) and ethical (the good for life). It is proposed to assume a sustainably lifestyle that safeguards the biosphere as a whole. The environmental purpose must maintain the openness to the infinite of other ways of being-living the good, for that reason, one lives by wanting-wishing life in the time and space of the common house. Ecocide represents the loss of the conditions of possibility for a desirable and possible human life. The question is carried by the whistling of the wind waiting for a possible eco-response... What present-future is approaching for the human being?
