Abstract
The paper outlines several topics that play an important role in the telematic interventions in the pandemic. First, it is presented the Covid-19 pandemic as a critical incident and as a chronic condition as well. It is justified why it is important to intervene as close as possible to the impact moment of a critical event. It is presented the how and the why of the several phases of the telephone interview, and finally some organizational aspects regarding the intervention teams are suggested.
