Objetivos de desarrollo sostenible

Resumen

Este artículo parte del reconocimiento de la importancia del mantenimiento de la ganadería extensiva para la conservación de unos ecosistemas muy valiosos. Esta actividad se caracteriza, sin embargo, por su baja rentabilidad y su fuerte dependencia de las subvenciones de la PAC. Con la ayuda de un Biplot Logístico se caracterizan las explotaciones de la Reserva de la Biosfera de las Sierras de Béjar y Francia. Finalmente, se propone un contrato ambiental vinculado a la importancia que tienen las prácticas de desbroce y el mantenimiento de muros de piedra.
