Résumé

The modular teaching mini-videos (MTM) have been used as tools for teaching and learning of fundamental theoretical concepts and certain transferable skills in different bachelor and master subjects of Industrial Engineeringsi They have been applied in Introduction to Chemical Engineering (BSc in Chemical Engineering) and Supplement Teaching in Chemical Engineering and Thermo fluids (Master in Industrial Engineering). The proposed educational innovation is based on the design and implementation of miniivideos in both disciplines, using «Explain Everything» as software for creating and processing videos. The study was completed with the assessment of learning outcomes by employing specific rubric created with the module EvalCOMIX with Moodle and opinion questionnaires. The MTMs, based on simple slides of short duration, have demonstrated to be effective learning strategies that facilitate the assimilation and understanding of theoretical contents and provide support lo classical classroom teaching
