Resumen
The necessary consideration and incorporation of geomorphological elements in the management of Protected Natural Areas erects Geomorphosites in useful tools. They can be considered as heritage resources because they include in addition to their natural value another set of cultural values and use, being elements for local development. The aim of the paper is to show the usefulness of the definition and valuation of Geomorphosites applied to territorial framework defined by the Protected Natural Areas using a semi-quantitative methodology. It is based on a combination of intrinsic, added and use values allowing raise different management proposals. Its application to different protected areas has shown the usefulness of Geomorphosites as territorial management tools that include proposals for better management, applicable to other Protected Natural Areas.
