Résumé
After having studied carefully the financing of the Spanish autonomous regions all through last two decades, we elaborate a macroeconomic model which let us simulate the dynamic effects that the different financing models have on the real divergence. The principal conclusion is that the financing model that was endorsed for 1997-2001 is the one that increased in the largest proportion the real disparities among autonomous regions.
