Abstract
The launch two years of the reform of the entrance examinations to university has resulted in significant changes in relation to the subjects taught in secondary schools. In this new framework is necessary, first of all, a reflection of the curriculum and teaching methods that are used in the teaching of the subject of Geography. Also, secondly, it is interesting to check the first effects of this reform on the teaching of geography in both selectivity tests and in school, and finally deep interest to know how changes in society in recent years have affected the traditional understanding of geography and whether these changes have been reflected in the field of Geography. This approach makes proposals for change, both in relation to the need to adapt content to the interests of students and in terms of material giving the leadership that seems to go missing in comparison with other materials that are closer and better to the demands of society.
