Resumen

The purpose of this paper is to present the development of a Comprehensive School Sport Municipal Program (CSSMP) that is taking place for over three years in the town of Segovia. This program is closely linked to an R+D+i generated through an agreement between the City and the University of Valladolid (UVa). The article is divided into four sections: (1)-An introduction, which presents the aims, structure and methodology of the program. The CSSMP is multisport character, so that students practice and learn various sports throughout the course. The teaching methodology is strongly based on the model of games for understanding orientation of participation, inclusion and coexistence. (2)- CSSMP Organization. Explains some features of the program: number of participating schools, students, categories, forms of participation in the program, free and inclusive nature of it, and so on. It also deals with two types of sessions that are carried out (learning sessions in schools and "encounters" of all places). (3)-The actors and people involved in program development and functions of each: coaches, coordinators, teachers of reference in each center, technical university staff, staff of the Municipal Institute of Sport (MIS) and researchers. (4)-How conducts initial and ongoing training of coaches, as well as monitoring and support they receive. We attach great importance to coaches training, because of its strong influence on the quality of the program. Thus, we have established three complementary dynamic training: an initial course (30h), a weekly follow-up seminar (30h) and a series of training activities (60h). Training activities are free and compulsory, and are recognized by a specific certificate.
