Resum
The present paper analyzes the main problems that arise from the practical application of the European instruments adopted for the resolution of the actions for nullity, judicial separation and divorce affected by an element of internationality. Through the analysis of these dispositions and the interpretation that the Court of Justice of the European Union has made of them, it is intended to provide Spanish egal operators with the solution to these disputes, which are increasingly numerous in our country.European Private International Law, International Iurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments.
