Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to trace the relations between Business Register as mechanism of legal publicity and besides to serve as mechanism to get transparency about economic information; in the order hand, Spanish law has established the mandate to enclose deposit of annual accounts with a statement about beneficial owners of the capital in pu blic and private companies.
