Resumo
The financial compensation after the breakdown of the marriage celebrated under the matrimonial economic regime of separation of property constitutes a right of the spouse who has dedicated himself fully to domestic tasks, contributing with his work to the lifting of matrimonial burdens. Sowing the doubt as to whether this compensation is really admissible when the spouses intend to act with respect to their property as if they were not married given the patrimonial breakdown that is allowed in this regime model.
