Resumo
This paper shows the design and development of a formative board game, which allows participants to acquire the skills/abilities necessary to perform a position of "Logistic Director" in their future labor stage. The learning process is fun and game development in stages allows students to improve their skills/capabilities identifying the main problems they will face in the performance of their position, and the best ways to overcome them. The idea is not new, many both public and private institutions turn to the Serious Games, games conceived primarily for training purposes without forgetting their playful nature, so that players acquire skills/abilities in different fields: from learning skills, marketing or advertising, learn and improve the skills needed to drive or fly airplanes, and so on. Fun is not the ultimate goal, but is used as a path to learning. This type of games has been a revolution because they facilitate the learning process, in a dynamic and participatory way, when faced with problems similar to those that would occur in reality, making a limited representation of it.
