Resumen
The inputted parameter values are assumed in CAT according to the design tolerance, but are a function of the manufacturing processes and assembly in reality. In the present paper we present the results obtained from measurements, in collaboration with the multinational firm Grupo Antolín, of the magnitude of 60 operations of a car window, which influence the functional dimensions and the magnitudes of each corresponding chain of dimension, thereby allowing us to determine the actual parameters of the industrial process and to determine the degree to which adjustment of the processes for statistical distributions of the Beta and Normal types may be necessary. Given the position, tolerance and distribution of the process, we can input their parameters into the study of tolerance analysis in 3D assemblies, eliminating the disturbance variable “ manufacturing process”.
