Résumé

This paper presents a new control algorithm for electromechanical hand rehabilitation devices based on the tracking of the hand structure and movements performed with Leap Motion Controller (LMC). This new control algorithm allows the realization of bilateral therapies without the need to use contact elements such as gloves or electrodes. The operation of the system has been validated in preliminary tests with healthy people and is currently being validated in a hospital environment with patients who have suffered a stroke.
