Zusammenfassung

Anthropological psychoanalysis provides a privileged point of view to observe the unconscious aspects of the origin of cultures. It is because all conscious processes, in the development of human activity, have an unconscious correlate. This unconscious correlate can be observed in the forms of social, political, economic, artistic, and literary organization. It is determined by hidden motivations, desires, dreams, beliefs, and most especially the core values of the culture. In this article we try to expose some arguments that lead us to conclude that the central idea that gave rise to the Persian Empire is the idea of justice, prior to Greek philosophy, Christianity, and Roman law; structuring the solid base of the ethical construction of Europe.
