Resum

Together with a few considerations of geological and archeological nature, this work deals with the statistical study of the fauna of the neolithic inhabited place of «Teso del Moral» (Cuelgamures, Zamora) and shows a great abundance of caprines. The fact that these animals are away from their natural habitats, tends to indicate their domestication, appearing then for the first time in an inhabited place of the septentrional Meseta.
