Résumé
Light beam induced current (LBIC) is one of the most used characterization technique for PV materials and cells. Nevertheless, when measuring multicrystalline silicon (mc-Si) cells, the highly inhomogeneous reflectivity of the different multicrystals can lead to erroneous determination of LBIC parameters as the effective diffusion length of charge carriers. So, in this paper, instrumental considerations related to reflectivity are revised, in order to illustrate this important effect to attain good and reliable solar cell characterizations.
