Abstract
It is estimated that both anthropogenic climate change and the different articulations of climate action are revealing a historical anomaly to which it seems necessary to begin to adapt: ??that of a forced simplicity as a consequence of the decreasing availability of energy and mineral resources . The part of truth that there is in these estimates will also suppose a sociocultural change that is likely to plunge us into the generalized conflict over the hoarding of these resources and in which the political conquests that, thanks to the different social struggles that have taken place throughout history, managed to substantiate themselves in guarantees of basic freedoms and widely recognized fundamental rights. To the extent that we care about putting safeguards against these other sociopolitical losses, it is convenient to think about the theoretical bases of a policy for the transition towards sustainable societies, at least on the Idea of ??Justice that we want to maintain despite the worsening of these circumstances
