Résumé
This book is a rigorous study on the crime of bribery. The author's purpose is to expose the legitimacy of bribery, trying to find, throughout the book, criteria to achieve a constitutional interpretation, i.e., a fair or adequate sanction or in accordance with the Constitution. Therefore, he analyzes not only the special characteristics of bribery, but also the rules that support the criminalization of all human conduct.
