Résumé
The aim of this work was to implement a peer evaluation method in the course of Roman law, the Law Degree. The European Higher Education Area proposed that the student must be the protagonist of their learning; besides the teacher should give participation in the evaluation process. In this framework to promote learning, technical, and psychological maturity of the students, we have implemented a hetero-assessment method consisting of two steps: 1) after the exposure of the subject, students are invited to write a series of questions prepared by the teacher. 2) Once they have answered these questions each student exchanges with other partner your exercise and exercise evaluates each other, all individually. The evaluation criteria are: a) Writing content must be clear, orderly and correctly expressed; and b) knowledge and understanding of the subject. This exercise of peer review involves both a self-assessment, as the student who evaluates must know very well the matter so that it can assess.
