Abstract
The agreements reached by trade unions and employers’ organizations after the entry into force of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 announce the importance of regulating procedures for the autonomous resolution of labour disputes. Its design began through agreements at the regional level, such as the PRECO in the Basque Country. Among the modifications introduced by Law 11/1994 in labour legislation is the definition of its legal framework, although the current model is set by the Agreement on extrajudicial procedures of labour disputes. The growth in the size and importance of the network of resulting systems, at the state and regional level, makes it advisable to improve the legal framework for the autonomous resolution of labour disputes.
