Abstract
Arroyo Grande’s central sector is composed by an important quantity of roman sites surrounding Villamanta, presumably ptolemaic’s Mantua Carpetanorum. Among them El Tejar site is placed, where the remains of a possible agroindustrial facility are found. Its activity took place at least between the end of II century and IV century. Among those, remains of an hypothetical torcularium were located
