Resumen

La relación e interacción de la familia, los miembros familiares y la empresa es la fuente generadora de recursos y capacidades distintivas de las empresas familiares que afectan su comportamiento. La literatura reconoce que el conocimiento y su gestión se encuentran en la base de la generación de capacidades dinámicas en las organizaciones. En este trabajo nos dirigimos hacia este objetivo, utilizamos una muestra de empresas españolas para evaluar nuestro modelo de investigación. Los resultados indican que la influencia familiar promueve la generación de rutinas organizativas familiares, y de este modo, la generación de capacidades dinámicas en la empresa familiar.
