Herramientas y aplicaciones tecnológicas en la docencia universitaria de tipo virtualideas para su aprovechamiento

Resumo

E-learning occupies an increasingly important place in university education. This modality not only complements the face-to-face format but, in some cases, replaces it. Currently, Spanish universities such as the University of Burgos offer degrees and master’s degrees online. Teachers working in the latter context face particular challenges. The essence of its work is maintained, as is the need to adhere to a catalog of good practices. Teachers must look for suitable formulas to meet various objectives: transmit information in a precise and attractive way; encourage the autonomy of the students; establish fluid communication with them and encourage them to interact with his peers; propose motivating activities that generate useful results... However, these goals must be achieved in an environment where teachers and students do not share physical spaces and where we are expected to make the most of the Internet and ICTs. For this reason, certain computer tools can become a valuable instrument when it comes to offering an enjoyable and quality online education. According to this, we will present the ways of taking advantage of three resources –Flipgrid, Padlet and Genially– that are being put into practice in «Spanish Literature and Cinema», a subject of the Official Online Degree in Spanish at the University of Burgos.
