Resumo

This study explores how digital servitization, which integrates technology-based services with traditional products, enables the transformation of industrial companies, making them more competitive. The provision of services supported by Industry 4.0 technologies signifi-cantly enhances the competitiveness of their traditional products. The analysis of 98 Span-ish manufacturing companies shows that digital services increase their market performance. This work identifies the benefits and challenges of digital servitization and offers practical recommendations for adopting this strategy.
