Abstract
This paper examines the existence of gender differences concerning the consumers behaviour. The results reveal that women show a higher degree of coherence in their consumer decisions than men. Nevertheless, there are no significant gender differences regarding the individuals that know the postulates of the neoclassic demand theory.
