Resumo
Background: The realization of human rights and active citizenship and critical, to be one of the goals of the European Higher Education ANECA were considered a relevant criterion in approving the various University Degrees. Method: Study of the Goals, Skills and Curriculum for Grades of Universities of Valladolid and Valencia. Results: No programs for general and specific training in human rights. Conclusions: The lack of human rights training may compromise the professional performance of students therefore proposes the establishment of a transversal course accessible to all students of the University.
